ATP-PC is an energy system, which only assits in short bursts. Eg: a 100m sprinter. Also it takes 30secs, for the PC to resysnthese, and it takes it 3minutes to reach 99% again.

i would suggest just running yourself. go out and run a mile everyday. in a week run 2 miles. then 3. then 4. then 5. just run. this will build stamina and strength. and in terms of soccer you really just need to practice. there is no way to snap your fingers and be good, fast, strong, and tricky. you must practice, practice, practice
