some times you can tell by their clothes. You can't tell by how much time somebody works because a rich person could be working their butt off and some poor person could be a beggar that doesn't have work.Also sometimes a rich person could be trying to hide their face with sunglasses or something and wear fancy clothing.

dianneg has some good points. Consider that a rich man loves life and cares deeply for the well-being and growth of others. Fearless, he has been empowered and seeks to empower others to love, care, and further empower others. He is a true friend to all he meets.
A poor man, on the other hand, is insecure, grabbing, fearful, controlling, selfish, lacks the capacity to love, and is violent in word and sometimes deed. He puts himself at the center of the universe and attempts by every means to maintain his central status.
These men may or may not have financial wealth. Of course, there are degrees between.

This depends on your definition of "rich" and "poor".
How to we know which person has money and which doesn't? Usually by the clothing they wear, the car they drive, the home they live in, and other indicators of material wealth.
The truly wealthy have nothing to prove. Therefore, they are not necessarily driving "status" cars, wearing "status" clothing. Their wealth is internal. It is in how they value themselves and others. It is easily seen in how they live their lives. They share of themselves, whether it be their time, their love, their talents.
Money is no indicator of wealth. Capacity and willingness to love are. Sincerity, caring and compassion are.
The truly wealthy do not necessarily have alot of financial assets. They are rich where it matters most: in the heart.

What is your purpose in desiring to judge a man rich or poor? Or, if it is simple curiosity on your part about certain men, ASK THEM.
