until the results of the forensic tests on the hair are made public before they decide whether or not to sue. If the tests can't show that Madeleine was sedated they will go ahead and sue. As it is, they don't know which way the ball will fall so they are waiting on their desicion. Otherwise, why the delay. If they knew for a fact that they hadn't drugged the children they wouldn't just be threatening to sue, they would have done it a long time ago. There is no reason not to sue immediately if they know for sure that they didn't sedate the children.

Trancebabe. I know you already know the answer to this question.
The McCanns will not be sueing anybody.
They of course have dropped their previous suit against the Portuguese newspaper.
Its al bluff nd bullsh**t designed to scare and put people off their scent.
Time has almost run out for the McCanns.
The Scent has turned to a stench.
The McCanns, the Tapas 9 and Clarence Mitchell were on a swingers holiday.
They dumped all the kids in one apartment whilst they played their adult games.
Kids being kids, this required them to be sedated.
Unfortunately Madeline was overdosed and died.
All the Tapas 9 are complicit. It could have happened to any one of them. Jane Tanner would be struck off. They all have huge incentive to cover this up. Hence the "pact of Silence"
I'll be posting this accusation widely today and if the McCanns laywers want to get in touch I will supply them with all my details. Sue me if you dare.
Dim Blonde you really are very very dim indeed, also a very nasty person...some how you remind me of an angry Philomena. I bet you are no more attractive than that big tub of lard.

Test on hair can't show an individual case of sedation, they could only show if a person had been given a substance over a period of time so it's very unlikely that the test will show anything conclusive.
It's not CSI you know.

As i've said before, perhaps its time to get hair samples off the twins. Madeleine may never be found. No body, no proof.
BUT! (And this is a big but) whenever I take litlun on holiday, I pack Calpol AND infant antihistamine - mosquito bites can be very itchy and nasty. My hunch is that she could have been given too much meds; ie; if they'd been boozing all afternoon, its possible to forget how much dosage had been given previously...?

The McCanns are gunning for revenge and will sue almost everyone in their sights if they have any notion they are in the clear!
That's why the highly professional legal team was employed for no other reason. I am sure the McCanns would have sued earlier, only for them to be declared as suspects by the Portuguese Police in the disappearence of their daughter!
We will wait and see if they do so.

Good question trancebabe - one to think about!
Dim Blonde: How many bloody jobs do you have? And you just might try to learn to spell "scientist". Quite weird that - a person not being able to spell the title of their job!

Good point. I think they shout very loudly about the wrong things, like their innocence etc... It's all very sinister. Will the Truth out? or not?... I hope so....
It seems the Dimblonde has many jobs! check out her posts..... She was a nurse last night!

The only person who should sue is Robert Murat. He should sue the McCanns.
If they hadn't been so dimwitted as to leave their children alone, his life wouldn't have been wrecked by this.

QUOTE:"There is no reason not to sue immediately if they know for sure that they didn't sedate the children."
They've been a little busy ya know, searching for their missing daughter and defending themselves.
Maybe they had better things to do until it got to the point that they were so fed up with the lies and bullship, they decided to sue.

PMSL at dim blonde! Any forensic scientists state your rank etc.. like they would!
Yes I agree trance babe, you are making a good point there.Playing it safe.
*edit* in that case dimblonde why did you call upon your fellow professionals to discredit the question? You have not provided one shred of information, that proves you ARE indeed a FS. Hey I am a member of the Royal Family. Its true, I say so on here, just like you do.
