If you are wondering how to do it in HTML, then you use < a href="(insert link here)" > (You can write something describing the text here, or put "Click") < /a >
Just don't put spaces before and after the greater/less than signs. There is a space between 'a' and 'href' though. And when you describe the site between the two sets of HTML, you can put anything, as long as it doesn't interfere with the existing HTML.
Hope this helps. =]

You have to type in the complete link. for example:
to get to Fire Mountain Gems web site, which is a company that sells jewelry supplies.
http://www.firemountaingems.com
then you type enter and it goes to the next line and the web address or link changes color, sometimes it has a line underneath it sometimes not. I hope this is what you are talking about, if not check out the others that have been doing this longer than I.

Go to the site you want - then at the top of your browser highlight the link, right click and copy. Now right click and paste this into your document and press enter. There you go all done.
