I answered this becuase this was the first song that gained him popualrity, in fact it caused him to leave to the band for getting too commercial. Other than that, I would definetly be Layla, not my favorite, but as a general assumption it is, after that Cocaine.

He's done so many it's hard to say. Layla probably gets mentioned the most.
I think his best is San Francisco Bay Blues, followed by Alberta, but that's just my personal choice.
