To me it looks like HCO LOVE. I am pretty sure thats what it says. just tilt your head to the right

HCO LOVE but hollister is H O R R I B L E that shirt will wear out faster then you can stay hollister

I would say it is HCO LOVE.
Don't worry, it wouldn't say anything bad. I have two shirts that say California down the arm. Usually they use California or a California town!!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~`

i think it says HCO LOVE... most likely. i can only distinguish Love though... most likely it says HCO in front of the love because its three letters.

if you change the color to blue it looks like it says HCO LOVE
