Yikes! This is a toughy. The CUNY school system is competitive but not too much so. College of Staten Island, CUNY Queens, John Jay, might all consider you as a good candidate though. With CUNY you can apply up to 7 colleges at once for one fee- it will certianly be worth your while to apply to CUNY City or CUNY Baruch, on a longshot that you get accepted (both are among the better CUNYs). However, regardless of where you get in... you will need to do much better in college if you want a good job in 5-6 years.

I threw your information into the CollegeBoard's College Matchmaker function, and it came out with:
City University of New York Staten Island
City University of New York John Jay College of Criminal Justice
Laboratory Institute of Merchandising

If you don't want to go to a community college, and you don't want to study either merchandising or criminal justice, then Staten Island seems to be your only option.

Hmm well if you have good extracurriculars you have a better chance cuz that will somehow explain why your gpa is not on the higher side

but try for maybe private schools but again you should apply to all your choices.

If you're a black lesbian dwarf, most colleges will accept you.

Otherwise, I think you have to accept you're not college material. You should look to get yourself into a good apprenticeship program.
