No.

I live in a homeless shelter with appx 21 other women.

There are zero windows and zero pictures/posters on the walls.

We have to shower together -- naked -- every night.

Sometimes we use up all 22 beds and some women have to sleep on the floor.

Since the dryer went "out of order" on us, we are no longer provided with sheets, so it's a case of either bring your own or freeze. (Luckily my b/f gives me his cozy sleeping bag every night :) )

Staff doesn't do anything about constant bullying and abuse that takes place in the shelter and on the grounds.

It sucks.

Yes, I do. We have a very tight knit community. I have the best neighbors one could ask for, with the exception of one. We all get together for block parties in the summer, watch out for each others children, share food, and just have a great time. The town is cool too....1 traffic light...very small town, low crime rate, and I know the postmaster, the mail lady, and the pharmacist all by name. And the guy I'm dating lives right across the street....:)
No better place to be.....

I love the being near Chicago and all of it's diverse entertainment and education venues. We have Lake Michigan for a large body of water- and no sharks lol! The change of seasons are definite and sometimes dramatic but dealable.
My particular neighborhood is changing and there are gangs moving in so that is something I will need to change soon.

I`m easy to please. The house we had on Long Island was 4 bedrooms, and 2 stories with a full basement. Now in Texas, I have a 1 story 3 bedrooms and it`s all brick, no basement. The neighborhood is very nice, and I have great neighbors. I guess that means I`m happy here.

No, I don't! A couple of weeks ago, there was alot of action. The cops and the squad team busted into my neighbours looking for a guy who they thought was hiding there with a gun and stolen goods. It's really frightening to see that happen right next door to you. They had shot guns and K9's and everything. They arrested about 4 people! Bad neighbourhood!

Yes, I live in Texas. My friends, family and job is here. I hate the traffic in Dallas and Ft. Worth. I plan on living rest of my life here.

I do sometimes since it's near 3 dairies and a pie shop.
I don't like it at the moment since there are roadworks going on and I sometimes don't like it when there are stupid drunks outside in the middle of the morning or people having stupid domestics.
