Love is a deep feeling that is hard to explain if you haven't felt it. You would give your very life for this person. Lust is simply a state where you want to have sex with someone. It has nothing to do with love IMO.

Love- Love is defined at 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 as being long-suffering (or patient), kind, unselfish, and unfailing, among other things. It also tells us what love is not.
Lust- I believe that lust is just a physical attraction to someone, even if you have a lust for their qualities; it doesn't always have to be a lust for their looks. It definitely isn't the same as love.

To Me~
Love is someone you want to spend the rest of your life with, how you can not imagine being with anyone else but them. Love is small things that add to a whole lot more, certain actions like a kiss, things you do together that make that moment special. Love is being there for someone even when you dont want to be love is never letting go.
Lust~ Is just a facination of someone, yes u day dream about them and wish things could be more or go further but they dont because lust is all it is.

love is when you care about somebody so much that you would do any thing for them love is when a girl can have a yeast infection and can't have sex for weeks and her man lay right by her side every night when he could be some where else when you're in the hospital and he doesn't leave your side and even sleeps in the hospital bed with you love is what I had but let it go cause he wanted money all the time he was always broke but had a job and never had no money man I'm sorry I can go on and on about this but that's what when down with me and my ex but ok Lust is when all someone want to be is have sex every time ya'll together ya'll gotta be having sex and he won't even come over if you're on your period or sick cause he know it ain't going down but he wants to be with you all the time when you'll able to have sex he will even buy you a cake for your birthday just too keep that good poo yeah I had one of those too he was a major JERK

Love is deep affection, fondness, caring more about someone else than you do for yourself. Love is deep and passionate. Love is lasting. Lust is attraction, chemistry, wanting something sexual from someone. Lust is fun but superficial. Lust is temporary.
You can have both love and lust for someone. I still lust after my husband, but I also love him - thinking about him still gives me the butterflies in the stomach!

Love is a deep feeling you feel towards someone you really admire or care deeply for. When you love someone you put them before yourself.
Lust is just carnal desire and attraction. It's superficial and doesn't last long. Lust has little to do with the person and more to do about sexual temptation.

Love is respecting and understanding the inner self of another person. Lust is just appreciating and having an appetite for the physical side of the another person.

love is like when u know u cant live without that person...lust is just like puppy love ur falling all over that kid but then when u come to ur senses u realize u can live without him....if u truly love someone then if u were to break up u would cry for hours and u still would love him even tho he broke ur heart. lust is like if someone breaks up with u u cry for a couple of hours and then next thing u know ur talking trash about him
