You will need an electrical diagnosis, but based on what you have here, my best guess will be that the security circuit that runs through your radio, is causing a problem based on internal radio failure, which is also pulling a draw on your battery. They most likely will find the radio is drawing the battery down. There are many cars with a TSB on the exact complaint you have, but I am not sure if Ford has a TSB for theirs.

The alternator is draining the battery when the engine is not running. It still charges enough to keep the car running, but it needs to be replaced. The problem with the radio and reverse is probably a ground wiring problem and will require the help of a mechanic to trace it down>

charge the battery or jump start and check the alt. output. should be 14 to 15 volts across terminals, engine idling. If not could be alt, to battery wire or alt. fuse. Charge battery and when charged disconnect the NEGATIVE batt.terminal. Let sit for several hours. Connect battery or take voltage check. Volts should bs 13.5 or battery should start car. if low volts or won't start battery is bad.
