hi, well since i'm married & have children around i would prefer a house with a garden but if i was alone or my husband & i were retired i would prefer something that didn't need alot of work around the yard but not the top floor! cuz when u get older u can't probably climb alot of stairs so unless there's an elevator it would be a condo or townhouse!

Garden every time. I have children and a dog. But even if I didn't - your own personal outdoor space is the best. No sharing with noisy uncaring idiots.
