I would try to pick up the beige color, I like the idea that someone else gave about a marlyn monroe dress. Sparkles are good but not too much sparkle... you could try a classy long ballgown dress too... it depends on what you actually are trying to portray with that mask. The mask however is absolutly gorgeous!!!

Nothing in a dark colour or fussy, As the mask is so ornate I would suggest a spaghetti or strapless top to the dress maybe with a thin silver choke chain.

A pale yellow or a white dress would go well with it. Or an off-white color.
Probably just a solid color, since the mask is already embellished.
I think a strapless, sorta poofy dress would be nice.

omgshhh i loveeeeeee masque parties they are sooo much fun :D now getting to your outfit, its supper cute :)!!! get it i love the dress its really cute i would give the dress a 9.5 and the mask a 9 to wear them together i would rate the combo as a 10 and believe me you might want to go with my comment because i always get complements 4 what im wearing but if u don't like my answer or find one more helpful im still cool with that =) hope this helped and have lots of fun 4 your masque party just make sure u don't meet your romeo there lol =)
