I rent movies from blockbuster (unlimited online & in store exchange) and about 3 weeks ago I returned some movies ("Blades of Glory" and "Confess") in the drop box. And now Blockbuster is saying that they have not recieved it yet and that I owe 52.64 for both movies. I told I turned them in, and they said they can't find them. It's under my mom's account. So I asked if I brought them some place can I still turn them in, they said yes I brought it on Ebay and I received "Blades of Glory" yesterday by mail. I turned it in last night. The sup said she'll take of it. I called to see how much I owe they said 52.64!!! I asked to speak to a sup again and I asked if they can check their cameras he said ok and placed me on hold for about 15mins then picked up the phone and said "i don't see anything" I asked "are you sure? I was there last night and turned it in to the sup on duty." and he repeated "I don't see anything on the cameras" what should I do? I turned the movies in 3 wks ago

I would change to Netflix. I had 3 movies that I put in the mailbox to send back that did not make it back, either taken from my mailbox or lost in the mail and they wrote it off.
Close your account with Blockbuster and that will be the end of it. Don't pay them. They will not go to court over $52.
I told Hollywood to got to hell over a $120.00 late fee they wanted when my grandson lost a video for a couple of months. I took it back and they said $120 in late fees. I put my card on the counter and said "Shove this where the sun don't shine" and never heard from them again.

pink is right... my ex's dad used my account and rented all kinds of movies and never returned them.. so when i start getting stuff in the mail i was like what??? so i went to the store and talked to the manager, i was like I've never even rented these!!! So they tried to brush me off, but i told them i wouldn't leave until they could physically prove to me that it had been me who'd signed for them... so they watched the movies and sent me the signature card my ex's dad filled out... yeahh... they have to prove it to you.. call thier 800 number and complain loudly if you can't get anywhere with the local store...

You need to speak with the manager. Tell them the situation and they need to take those late charges off. If that does no good. Go to Movie Gallery they are much better to deal with. They take off late charges sometimes. They are also cheaper to rent from.

they have a link on the blockbuster website where you can report issues-maybe you should go there and type a letter of what you just told us, sometimes you get better results that way!
