I am Gifted and when i tell p[oeple they back away like i am a snob why do poeple think this

Because they feel stupid.You should never act dumb for anyone just so they accept you.Be proud of your intelligence.

My daughter's gifted and she has a lot of friends. But she was and is a handful to raise. She's 20 and she can be quite challenging to say the least. Good luck. 2D

I think they're put off because you're announcing that you're gifted. This makes you sound conceited. MODESTY is key. act like a regular, down-to-earth person and don't go around introducing yourself as "gifted."
also--was that spelling mistake in your screen name done consciously? (were you trying to say "So Tired"?) um...to be "gifted" you have to be able to spell simple works...so I doubt your credibility here.
