Yes when I was a child.
And I use tissues, toilet paper, and rarely when I feel I'm out of other options paper towels (at least it's not sandpaper kind!)these days to clean my nose out (other wise I just gotta wipe it on my shirt sleeve).

I pick my nose all the time and flick the boogers when I'm outside.
Picking your nose isn't as weird as people make it out to be. A person picks their nose because when the mucous dries it causes your nose to become very itchy.
I used to swallow them, but I don't do that anymore cause I only did that when I would get colds. I don't get sick anymore since I've started eating a better diet.
However I do bite my hang nails off and chew on them and swallow them. Could this be considered cannibalism.

I'm sure people in dry climates have because the mucous in thier nose tends to get really hard and annoying, so they must have to pick it sometimes, but I don't know, maybe their is a person in Fiji who hasn't, it doesn't have to be in Fiji could be in China or something.

Yes, it feels awesome when I clean it in the morning by picking it with my index fingers because it clears my nose.

Sugar everyone you and I know, pick their noses from time to time. Honestly, Who can dare to deny or claim not to fall victim to that involuntary action; only some egotistical fool.

As a matter of fact I'm my left index finger is lodged into my nostril as I type this with my right hand. I do many activities with one hand if you know what I mean.
