Not all places in the U.S. observe daylight savings time. In particular, Hawaii and most of Arizona do not use it. Indiana adopted its use beginning in 2006.

In 2007, daylight savings time began on March 11 and ends on November 4. This is due to a new law that you may have heard of.

In 2008, daylight savings time begins on March 9 and ends on November 2.

Hi Kathy!

It depends on where you are. In Australia, if your clocks have not already gone ahead, you'll go to Summer Time in the wee hours of Sunday, October 28th (except in Queensland and the Northern Territory).

Note that in the Northern Hemisphere, daylight time actually will start earlier than it did in 2007. The clocks go ahead in North America on March 9th, 2008, two days earlier than in 2007. In fact, in the United States it will be the earliest start date since 1975.

Sometime in November. I think it's the first or second week.
