well, she hasn't had a period for 3 months. she used to only miss it once a month, but now it up to 3 months... is this normal??? i know she's not pregnant, she's a virgin

No, this is not normal and should be evaluated further by her doctor. It could mean that she has a hormone imbalance going on that is causing this.
