These past two days I have been extremely tired. So tired that i have had to take a nap on my lunch breaks the past two days. I have never done this before. The moment I wake up to all day i am tired! I have gotten my eight hours of sleep the past two nights so its not like i am lacking any sleep. i am not on any medications exept for Clomid (fertility drug). Sleepiness is not one of its side effects and even if it was it is to late for side effects now. Any ideas what this could be if anything???? Please help.

You could be lacking iron. Go to your doctor and get a blood test.

I am a consultant for an hrt clinic so I know about clomid. You are correct, it doesn't make you tired but your hormones might be going through some changes and that is why you are getting fatigued.
If you are trying to conceive then it all makes sense. If I were you I would personally ask your specialist to see what is going on.
If you want energy and are not trying to conceive then you should really try Zylene. It is an all natural thermogenic that will give you sustained energy all day. It is not good for you if you are trying to get pregnant(this goes for any meds)..

I've been feeling the same way too- I think it's seasonal. We're still genetically programmed to want to hibernate, you know. Once the Daylight Saving Time thing takes effect, I think we'll all feel better.
One more thing- you mentioned you're on Clomid. Do you think you could maybe be pregnant? That would account for the fatigue. If so, congrats!

Tiredness happens all the time. You're just not getting just enough rest. Try going to bed an hour earlier for a little while, and maybe take it easy this weekend, and the sleepiness will probably go away.

You might want to analyze your diet for the presence of soy in any quantity and any form. Soy interferes with thyroid hormone.
You might also want to consider that the Clomid may have worked and that you may be pregnant.
