How do I enter the digits for SA SMS sending?

I would like to send SMS to SA mobile numbe 0824620069 - why won't it send it ????

What is SA Mobile?
If its SatelLink then you send email to
Satellink 0824620069.pageme@satellink.net

If its not SatelLink then check some of the websites that list the email gateways for SMS text messages.
