lol... this is obvious.... A sleeping pill will put you into a deep relaxed sleep therefore when the laxative kicks in u will probably crap urself and not realise, hahahaha

I suggest taking an enema before bed if taking a sleeping tablet, cause you never know when the back-door urge strikes....
