f(x) = (x-3)^2/(x+2)^2
f '(x) = [(x+2)^2*2(x-3) -(x-3)^2*2(x+2)]/(x+2)^4
f '(-1) =[1*-8 -16(2](1^4)
f '(-1) = -40

It's been awhile but I would believe the answer is:

2(x-3) / 2(x+2)

f(-1) = 2(-1-3) / 2(-1 +2)

f(-1) = 4

I'm not sure if I did the derivitive correct or not...
