Where ? it should be somewhere in public and among people. May be a cafe'. They can recognise each other by knowing more about each other or telling what they are wearing.
The most important that it's not recommended that people just meet each other in the first step. They should know each other first and exchange messages, then later they speak by phone and meeting comes at the end. They can meet fast or just in one step in case it's a group of people are going to meet.
I suggest that people be careful to meet specially if it's a male and female or not someone who is known for enough time.

Make a date. Say a restaurant in a city where neither of you are known. Make the date for breakfast. And then see where the day takes you.
As far as recognizing each other, have the reservations made in both your names and it wont matter who gets there first.

A place with a lot of people and as far as them recognizeing each other make it something that can be taken off or hidden just in case you change your mind

As already been said, in a public place...Discuss what the two of you will be wearing so you can easily spot each other in a crowded place. If both of you have mobile phones then it would be a lot easier to find each other. Good luck!

I'm still scared of Farah cuz I have a feeling she's a male and she's a stalker! She once let her female assistant talk to me on the phone to convince me she's a lady but I'm still not falling for it. hehehe

A cafe or cyper cafe..it'll be easier to recognize each other in a cafe like costa, cilantro or beano's...recognize each other by the cloths.....
