You pose an interesting question. We need F1 back here in the US... where, I will get into later.
It is just unbelievable that races are being considered for India, Russia, Singapore... and there isn't even a F1 race here in the US. The teams/owners/sponsors/fans want a race here. The other countries don't have the consumer base that the sponsors want from the F1 fans.
But where in the US? Since I currently live near the west coast, Vegas would be interesting. Laguna Seca would also be interesting, but mostly likely would never happen again. How about Seattle? Another potentially wet race would spice things up.

I'd like to see a night race right down the strip in Las Vegas. Everything is larger than life in Vegas and it would have been great if this was the spot for the first night race. It would have created a lot of excitement for F1 in the US. Good for Singapore though that they will be the ones with the first night race. Other places that would probably be very successful are Mexico and India. I also think it would be cool to see a race in Moscow. Have the race in the winter and use extreme snow tires, lol

I am biased with this answer, but I would like to see F1 come to the greatest city in the world, my home city, New York City. In the video game Gran Turismo 4, there was a fantasy city circuit laid out in New York City, which was really challenging and fast. Unfortunately, the chances of a race in that area are none since there are a lot of tourist attractions in that area; Trump Tower, Central Park and the theater district of Broadway-and frankly, everyday traffic in NYC is a F1 race! LOL.

Finland. They've got two drivers in F1 now, Heikki and Kimi. Those two are amazing drivers! Heikki is still new but he's clearly showing potential while Kimi has been showing world champion material in him ever since he joined the sport and unlike most drivers, he keeps to himself and doesn't talk about other drivers.
It'll be nice to have a track in Finland as it will be something different. Finland is really cold so it'll be interesting to see if the drivers can adapt to the weather conditions. Plus, at least Finnish F1 fans get the chance to watch their countrymen race. That's cool.

Definitely agree with Elkhart Lake, one of the few tracks in the States that could really show off an F1 car and one of my favourites.
Honestly, it would be the streets around my home in the West Midlands, England. There are some superb corners and straights that make my insides hang out when taken at speed (no, not condoning speeding on public roads!!!) i used to go to the Superprix when i was little, the sound of the engine noise bouncing off the council tower blocks was unreal!

Well I'd like to see an f1 race by the beach for starters. Then maybe one down the Vegas strip at night and around New York maybe. As for the Singaporean night race, why didn't they just build a circuit around Sentosa?

I would like to see the race in Hungary replaced by Brno, Czech Republic. Just from driving the course in TOCA Race Driver 3, it is a very interesting track. Totally opposite of the glorified parade that Hungary is.
They could easily do it as long as the pit complex is up to F1 standards. Plus it's virtually in the same part of the world as Hungary and you could probably hold it around the same time of year that Hungary is.

Singapore probably. I want to see them race there. The F1 race organizer is trying to work out, when the season comes, it would be the first F1 race to be held at night. I'm looking forward to that kind of F1 race because drivers and constructors will be challenge to that kind of setting. Even I as well, as a fan, it would be thrilling to see your favorite driver racing at night time.

Bring it back to the streets of Long Beach, Ca..so we can dump this boring, dreadful Cart Crap...The merchants in Long Beach loved the F1 crowd they come and spend mega dollars, F1 is a Champagne crowd, now Long Beach is stuck with a cheap beer crowd... We use to get 300,000 to 500,000 people for the f1 races, now Cart is lucky to get 90,000 over the 2 days....Or take it to the street of Las Vegas, that would be fun...or last resort go back to Watkins Glen, lots of great F1 history there....

Hmm.... a night race down at Vegas would be a good idea. Now we've had a race in the desert (Bahrain), why not one at a very cold place. Somewhere further up North. Say Sweden or Finland. It'll be interesting to watch especially to find out how the cars will have to be adapted to the cold.
