1) graph the line x - 4
on the line y = x-4, so below the line y < x-4

2) for instance y-intercept, that is where x = 0 , then y= 5/4x+2 and x=0, thus y = 2.
y intercept is at (0,2).

x-intercept is when y = 0 thus 0 = 5/4x + 2 thus -2 = 5/4x thus x = -2 *4/5=1.6
