Norbert Yancy, but honestly I only found his name through google. I've seen him since my family moved to the bay area over 30 years ago. "Hey there, red, give me some bread!"

The man's name is Norbert Yancy. I hope I spelled his name correctly. I am 42 years old and have seen him since I was 13 back in 1973. Although I do not get up to the city much anymore, I did see him last week and he is still in top form.
