what options do i have?

The reason I havent seen her in so long is that she entrapped me into believing that she was pregnant so I would marry her and me being brought up the way I was, children born out of wedlock is a sin. And I know about the other sins so dont go there lol

Check your state requirements- it might be considered desertion. You might not even need her signature.

I've heard that all you have to do is put a small post in the papers asking for her. If she doesn't respond. It don't matter at least the attempt was made to make some contact. I'm not sure about the rest. But a lawyer will be able to tell you.

get a lawyer what are you waiting for are you crazy waiting so long if she comes up dead they will say you did it for sure........and you need to no where she is anyways is there a missing person on her cause what if she is dead and you just divorced a dead wife...good look
