They can sypathize with political statements but mass murder would require them to make a moral judgement which is taboo to liberals.

That is why they created the 9/11 coniparcies to avoid making such a call.

BTW: I didn't even see Cypto Jew girl statement but is sure does fit my mold better than I could predict.

It was both. A political statement made through mass murder. The two aren't mutually exclusive. In fact that is basically the definition of terrorism.

It continues to amaze me how creative the radical right can be in thinking up new ways to insult liberals. Why don't you ever talk about the issues that separate the two main parties? These general questions are silly because you know very well that we consider 9/11 mass murder, just as everyone else does!

Uh, I consider it mass murder.

The Bush administration, with their constant use of it to justify THEIR terrorist actions are the ones using it for political gain.

So, has Bush found the guy responsible yet? Oh, right, he never thinks about him.

It's the far right that's spent the last six years making it into a political statement. It's Bush's excuse for everything, and the only reason the laughable candidacy of Giuliani is even considered, and he can't discuss any issue without bringing it up, and it's coming back to bite him since he left NYC emergency services so foolishly unprepared.

Care to back up this claim?

It was both obviously; our gov't says the same thing and theyre supposedly conservatives.

The goal was symbolic, killing the people was not the main intent.

A political statement? Who's saying that? Please explain, although you seem like a typical right wing chicken so I don't expect much more from people like you.

Uh...we do consider it mass murder. Can't find anyone real to beat up on so you have to make up imaginary enemies? Sad.
