Do you think whhen your boss is family the bulling is worse?

There are a whole list of sure signs your boss is a bully..lack of communication..trying to take all the credit..blaming employees for his mistakes..and yes possibly the fact one is in the family i guess it could work against you because the boss will constantly be trying to prove he's not giving you special treatment.There are bullies in adult life!

I think a boss is a boss. There are different styles of managment. The word bully really doesn't apply to adult life. Time to grow up.

I think that sometimes when your boss is a familiar it gets worse or more dicey.
Either he/she will demand more from you, or go too easy on you.
And, if your boss if a bully, and it's a famimliar, then it gets worse.

Just do your very best, get you work done on time..And make sure it's done correctly!
