Not very well, I was bullied quite a bit.

I suffered at the hands of a BULLY and her gang for 1 year, getting bashed almost daily in school. Then one Friday lunch time in the playground, they hit me once too often, I hit the main offender back. What did she do ? ran straight to the head teacher crying saying that the slap was unprovoked. Luckily for me there were two teachers sat on the bench watching these girls attack me, someone had reported them the day before. They all got detentions. Then when I got home later that day she brought her mum and dad around to see my parents because she had a red mark on her face, she claimed I did it. My mum told her parents what she had been doing for about a year and they punished her as well. They never hit me again, they tried to make friends I wasn't having none of it though.

Bullies? They were the ones people would come to me for help with.

in both jr. high and high school, bullying has been a number one issue that they want to deal with... although it has been on the top of their lists.... it isn't an issue they act like they want to dissolve.... not much action is taken... and the only time something happens about it is wen it gets serious...

Looked to my older brother for help..he was always there for me...but I did handle it by myself on more than one occasion..never back down or let then know you are afraid of them..if it is too severe, let someone in authority know about it.

Well I sure didn't pick fights with them. I was "the quiet girl". They were nice to me or left me alone.

Ran like hell. No one could catch me. Until I returned years later then they ran from me and I could easily catch them.
