When people tell on their self, by making assumptions. That pertain to your supposed rep.
Ex: I used to work for a company. The new company's boss and my old job boss knew one another. The new boss started, mouthing off about she wasn't going to take any attitude off me. My first week, out of no where ! Everybody including my self where shocked. Well, at my old job. I was not popular, for telling the older co-workers off. They felt it was their job, to delegate work but not do it ! So, payback for me was to tell new boss. I was trouble !

Morning, Joe.
When people come to me for advice or assistance in many matters. Strangely enough that's how I got my job as a bouncer.
