Just hypothetically speaking. If a girl tells you you're "so confusing" does that mean she's been trying to figure you out...in a more than friends way??
I mean, I wouldn't call anyone of my regular friends "so confusing" I'd say "dude ur weird" or something, cuz I'm not trying to figure em out. Strangeness is weird, but its not confusing cuz I don't want anything from them.
Is there anything romantically significant in being called confusing?

Maybe she is confused and by her being confused she thinks that you are confused and then that makes you really confused and so now the both of you are really confused and probably all you want to do is get all hoped up on beer and make some bad decisions or play a little game I call just the tip....but that's just my thoughts

Confusing is a bad label ....it means the person is sending out mixed signals so a clear position can't be determined. Sometimes that's just too exhausting for people to hang around you long enough to figure out where you are at.
