I know, I know.....another question about this album. So, to those who have listened to it........is it worth at least $5? More? Less?

I'm listening to it right now.

Obviously it's all a matter of opinion and taste.

So far, I really like it. Personally, yes, I'd pay at least $5 for it.

My download is at 95%. I'll tell you soon if it was worth the £40 i paid, although I don't doubt it will be.

Edit:
Alright, I'm only on track 3, but so far it sounds absolutely amazing, as good as you'd expect a Radiohead album to be. I paid £40 for the discbox, which gets me the download, two vinyls and two CDs. It worked out at about €60 for me, or about $80. Most people obviously won't go for this option, but the download is definitely worth at the very least $5. I'd love to see more bands adopt this method of selling their work, so I think it's important to support initiatives like this. On the other hand, you could take the stance that Radiohead are probably already incredibly rich and don't need your money, and so pay next to nothing. And that's kind of the point; it's entirely up to you.

Edit:
Sorry for the really long-winded anwer. I'm on my second listen, and the whole album is really amazing, probably their best since Kid A, possibly even better, although I'd need to listen to it a good few times before I decide that. Certainly the best album so far this year, or the last few years.

I'm on track three of my first listening right now. So far I'm totally satisfied and I paid $15 + conversion fees and all that good stuff (there is a charge for about $22 that hit my bank today and I think that's it). It's hitting me about the same as any of their other records so far at one listening which is a good sign. I always start with "yeah, that's pretty good" then about at the third time through I land at "wow, that's an amazing record." I'm glad I paid what I did, but I'd probably recommend paying $10 for it.

Partially, I personally wanted to pay more for the simple fact that they put an optional price on it. I kind of added a "you guys are awesome" tax onto the bill, like a tip, maybe.

I wouldn't pay for an album that I can't hold in my hands. Even if it's a great Radiohead album.
