Apple Dippers without the caramel I guess? You said that comes in a wrapper...
I never usually go to these fast-food places, but when I do I usually just get a salad.
This was a hard question, because both of those places are like, the most unhealthy of fast-food joints.

You mean their burgers specifically?
McD: Hamburger 250 calories 9 fat grams
Wendys': Jr. Hamburger 230 calories 8 fat grams
So, the difference is negligable. But Wendy's does offer slightly more healthy choices like chili & baked potatoes & fruit salads. BUT.....fast food generally hold zero nutritional value, aside from some of Subway's more healthy sandwiches. Do yourself a favor & don't eat fast food.

As of right now, Wendy's, because they are using the Trans-fat free oil, but Mc Donald's is using Test Markets for their new oil to see if it passes the Taste-Test. I work for Mickies and I have not heard good things about it. They are trying to find an oil without the trans-fat that doesn't change the taste of the fries too much since that is one of their biggest sellers.

They are both exactly the same. Both are unhealthy but sooo delicious! If it comes in a wrapper, it most likely is very fattening unless get a chicken sandwich, which both offer.
