The idea of inspiring can be very complex.
True inspiration is a phycological state in which the the mind is exausted from searching for and idea that it will pick anything at random then glorify it in a way that the human will feel is ''''inspiring"".
So the only way to inspire others is to bore them , you will do wonders for there imagination.
You will be there inspiration but they will never know it and there is no way to prove it.
(eg: You pick up a bannana peel and prevent an accedent , you were there hero they will just never know it).
Because to inspire is to plant the seed even as you , die.

By being optimistic and encouraging them to be the best them they can be. Also by letting them know that you have faith in them and believe in them.
The best way though is to lead by example...to follow your own advice. People will see your success and want to take the steps that you took to achieve it.
