Yes ! A Regional Primary would greatly help with finding suitable Candidates to run as the Party Nominees.

I'm not familiar with the introduced bill yet, but I do support some change to our current system. Right now the campaigns focus on 1 or 2 states entirely in the primary season, with other states being a sidenote to there campaigns. I understadn the current system very well and can understand there need and desire to win a state early, but Why can we not have every state conduct there primaries and caucases on the same day.

Let each parties candidates campaign the nation as they will be representing there party in the national election.

I am more in favor of going the other direction; have all primary elections on the same day. We don't have the general election on several days, we all vote on the first Tuesday in November. Why should the primaries be any different? This gets rid of the "front-loaded presidential nominating process"
