Would you freak out? I don't think I would. I don't fear insects or animals for that matter.

I think it would be a shock at first. Most likely if I found a tarantula on me when I woke up I would know it was only Bitsy(my Chilean Rose). I would be careful not to hurt her and put her back in her terrarium.
Tarantulas do not scare me. It's hard to fear something you have as a pet. After you know they are harmless and not as creepy as you thought the fear goes away. Touching my tarantula is no different than touching my gerbil.

I probably pick it up and move it. Tarantulas are usually not a big deal. They act mean but they are usually not that bad. Besides, they are slow. If it was being particularly nasty I would just knock the bugger off of me. I used to play with the ones that I found outside when I was growing up.

Seeing as I have arachnophobia, I would probably have a heart attack from freaking out. I would then have to move into another room after thoroughly checking to make sure there were no spiders of any type in it.

OMG I would freak out.. probably jump off the bed screaming and not go back into that room until somebody made sure it was gone. I hate spiders!
