That socialism is a failure? When hundreds are slaughtered by Venezuelan or Bolivian troops, then will they believe?

Socialism is a term that could be used to describe several things. It is also a political term used to describe a system of government. Taxes and the way they are spent can be a form of socialistic government. We see this in America, a capitalistic society. Depending on the theory of socialism, it could be good or exploited.
I will not jump on the Chavez bashing in a socialism debate. I don't have any reason to like the guy. I don't have a reason to hate the guy except he makes Bush look like an ---hole.

If you can show me a place that tries actual socialism and it fails then I'll consider that belief.
However, you have to realize that it hasnt been tried for the same reason pure capitalism isnt tried. They wont work and people know this. Pure systems are doomed to failure because they ALL rely on perfect people. The closest we ever came to true capitalism was during the 1920's and that led to a depression.

Yes that has been happeing in socialist Europe or decades now - (Sarcasim)
And it never happens in the capitolist US of A
Tell me how many people are killed by gangs and starve in US streets and how many ex soliders are living on the streets with untreated Post Tramutic stress disorder
Oh but that crime and unfortunate - doesn't count -
How many homeless in Socialist Netherlands - None -
So lets look once more at who is getting the most people killed and die on the streets of hunger and what system they practice
Why it is an ultra capiolist nation that has a view of men being no more than comodities - Can you name that nation I wonder ? - Hint it isn't socialist Europe

Let me rephrase your question so that it makes logical sense:
"When the socialism in Latin America ends in violence, starvation and bloodshed, will pro-socialists agree?"
Not all liberals are socialists!

Well, so far capitalism is doing a good job of leading to violence, starvation, bloodshed, and torture. Thousands have been slaughtered by American or British troops. Would you call capitalism a failure?

Most liberals/democrats aren't socialists. Supporting a few social programs does not equate to supporting a socialistic government.

been talking to your psychic again, or already planning the invasion?
just because a fascist right-winger, wants the common man to live a socialist life-style, doesn't mean the system is socialist. Just means he has a good scam.
