To be fully aware of yourself...uhduh..lol.

No but seriously.... its to be fully aware of how every single thing that you do, thought that you think, feeling that you feel, affects your life and shapes your destiny.

You must pay attention to you...study yourself as if under a microscope. That is the only you can know your strengths and weakness and possibly change for the better.

Know-thyself

It is being separate of your mind, and body by fantasy, psychosis, trauma, amnesia, coma, ones inability to experience pain, or feeling. It is not having a smaller view of what's special in themselves as an individual in a sea of sand. And yet it is the dissociative moments when we are so inside ourselves that we do not see ourselves through the community around us. Then that we hide in the darkest depths of the most traumatic moments and the most twisted feelings we have inside ourselves and see whatever we are through fear.

In the end, self awareness is darkened by the lack of the human discernment. We must be able to know what is not ourselves, to know what is.

Self awareness may have been an accident of nature. But now that we have it, its meaning is to understand "what one is, what the world is, and what one's place in the world is."*
