I do!!! In fact, this will shock alot of you but I have NEVER gone #2 in a public restroom in my life. I hold it until I get home. If I'm traveling, I won't do it until I get back to the hotel or wherever I'm staying. And since our business is family owned and it's just me, my dad, my husband, and my aunt working in the office, our office isn't a public restroom either.

I'd guess this is based upon fear of disease, fear that a predator will attack while you are vulnerable and unsanitary, fear that a camera has been placed by a mentally ill person, fear that someone in the sink area will hear undignified sounds, and a general discomfort in unfamiliar surroundings.
When there is a powerful sense of agony, however, the public area MUST be used, and you must somehow overcome this phobia. Most of these feared possibilities do not happen, and certain conditions and previous diet leads to an incredible need to get rid of at least most of the material.
Sorry I couldn't suggest anything more encouraging, but it's a powerful fact of life.

I can't stand having to go in public restrooms. But I don't take it as far as you do. If I am somewhere and I have no choice, I go, but it sucks!
If I can wait to go home, I will.

I try to hold anything. I know it's not good for you. I hate all public restrooms. I avoid them period.

I can't go in a public restroom. They are dirty and disgusting. I would leave where I am at and go home rather than go in a public restroom.

Yes I do try to avoid it!
And when it is ABSOLUTELY necessary I'm miserable the entire time I'm in the bathroom.
I KNOW everyone does it.. but it doesn't stop me from hating to do something like that in a PUBLIC place. haha..

That's funny. When we are out and I have to go, I'll wait until I get home too. My husband just laughs at me.
