The boiler will probably have been oversized when originally installed, because most were, and quite a lot was guess work, get rough sizes of the existing radiators, total the btu's up, add 5000btu's for the hot water, the remainder of the boiler output is what you can use in equivalent radiators, a system average is 8 radiators, you can usually add 2 without concern. New systems have to be worked out completely differently (unless a combi) using a very accurate boiler sizing chart.

It would be so easy to answer this one with 'tradesman's jargon', but it's quite simple.
Your boiler will have an output heat rating in kJoules or BTUs. Check the data plate or manual for this information.
Radiators are also rated according to their maximum output. This depends on the thickness of the steel and the surface area available for radiation. Surface area includes the total front and rear surfaces, even on 'double' radiators. Remember to add about 50% to the effective surface of any individual side if it has 'fins' welded to it.
This information is normally provided on a sticker on the radiator or on it's wrapper. The dealer should also be know this. If in doubt look up the maker's web site.
You then just add together the capacities of the radiators, allow an additional 50% of the average for the uninsulated pipe runs, and match it to the boiler's output.
Remember to ensure that your pump is powerful enough to push the water around the whole system at a reasonable rate. If it's too weak the the water may be cool by the time it's reached the furthest extent of the pipe runs.
Don't forget to bleed and Balance the radiators.

You need to do your sums for this answer, Whats the real question?
Would you like to add another radiator?
if so, then measure all of your radiators and note if they are single or double radiators, find a similar size rad on-line (use a web site like www.toolstation.com and right down the BTU valve for each radiator. total up the BTU value for all radiators and note the total number of radiators.
Then find or down load the manual for your boiler, the manual will state the maximum number of radiators and the maximum total BTU value. OK.

That depends how big the boiler is and how big the radiators are.
The boiler output should be more than the total heat rating of all the radiators (measured in KJ).
