painter/decorator question please help !?

Question

1. Why do brushes with synthetic filling can be better suited to the application of some water-based coatings?
2. State the type of surface an etch primer is most likely to be used on, and the reason for using this product .
3. Name the first stage in the drying of an emulsion paint
4. you are painting in a building, why would u attempt to stop significant paint fumes traveling thought the building? and how cau do this?

id be extremely greatful if someone skilled enough could help me out, thanks loads.

1. They don't shed bristles and they stay firm better than natural filling.
2 On metal or laminate surfaces
3Touch dry
4 Paint fumes can be harmful to health. Oen all the windows in the room and shut the door.
