There is grater than just a pinch of a probability. It would be a gumbo for a restaraunteur to take a chance on such an unseasoned chef, but strainer things have happened. He could tar tarly blow away the competition, or he could ladle down and die like a failure. It's a veal dilemna.

He would have to be Inn for Four Seasons before he could rise to the top of The Mango tree and not spend to much time in Harry,s bar getting sauteed with the sous chef he met in a Sandy Lane

He may be poached by another establishment and grilled about his secret until he reaches boiling point. All he can do is fry his best to serve the diners!
