Yes. I'm black and I have green eyes, and sometimes they change. Though the darker someones skin looks the brighter their eyes will look. I've known a few boys who were black and had green eyes or blue eyes, its all in the genes.

Yeah duhhhh. Trya banks has green eyes, rihanna has green eyes, so does vanessa williams it's just less common.
