Miami will forever hold that honor.

Pick a Florida team. Seems as though some of the Florida thugs have invaded the Texas Longhorns though. Funny as it sounds, Miami is probably the cleanest program in Florida right now. I think Shannon is doing a good job.

Miami traditionally places a high priority on recruting thugs, although Florida International may be giving them a run for their money...see last years on field brawl between the two teams. I think Miami still has the edge since it's players knew to use their helmets, crutches, and whatever else they could grab as weapons.

LSU has the most thugs in it's fan base though. They'll curse you, spit on you, try to fight you, throw empty burbon bottles at you, and if you look like their cousin they might try to mount you (not in the hunting trophy way either).

Miami of Florida generally leads the nation in that department, but the SEC, or Big 12 probably has the most thugs in total.

3 teams. Florida State, Miami, or West Virginia. Look at the thugs WVU has sent to the NFL.

Colorado. Other teams have a lot of arrests, The U comes to mind, but it seems like every year 1 or 2 Buffaloes get arrested for Rape.

Colorado. The Boulder police uses a CU football media guide as a mug book to show to crime victims.

It used to be Miami, but with all the arrests this year, I think Texas has passed them.
