stable shaggy dog tale... for people who don't get it (groan): the guy's testicles have been secured in a vice so as that he won't be able to pass. I only ask random questions usually and give Best Answer to the funniest answer, so stars don't mean anything to me.

Yea... being able to put your own star might get more people to answer the question... you could psych them into thinking the question is more popular than it really is....
