It means that we will all be forced to talk with a lisp and make sure our spouses call us on cue on our cell phones in important meetings to make sure we look like we are pro family above all else. And, we will all have to say "we have had over 179 attempts to attack America since 9/11 and that Guilliani the hero was the sole preventer of those attacks." Seriously.
