Is it learned in the upbringing (comes naturally), or as a submissive to an older dominatrice, or does not come as a choice of behaviour?

What is the pay like? I assume that the most call is for the females, but who knows?

Call one. They are usually happy to tell you.

I've never heard of a dominatrix training center ... most learning is done on the job observing others and listening well to your clients.

they learn by experience and training. Its nothing with upbringing as far as the fetish. Some people are naturally more dominate or submissive than others by nature, but everyone dosent bring this fantasy play in the bedroom. It is something that the more a person gets into it and longer they expeirment with it, the better they get at it. I think its hot when its done in fun. Before you really try to pay for it if possible try it in your relationship it can def spice things up and give you lots of pratice at being dom or sub.

Most of the Doms I know, whether male or female, started as subs. Some take the big leap and get right in to it, but the best Doms have paid their dues as subs and are better for it. People are better at their jobs when they know all aspects of it, right? The same principle applies. As for actual training, there are organizations that hold classes and seminars for people interested in the lifestyle.

If you'd like to learn more about it, google a group in the Washington, DC area called Black Rose (I think it's www.br.org), they'll have all kinds of info. As for what they get paid, most people do it for personal pleasure with a partner, not for pay.

No, For one thing, you will need an experienced (and good) agitator.to train properly. Training a good protection dog is not a one man job. Many dogs have been ruined by the wrong training. There are a few protection trainers who are regulars. They can give you more details.

Most doms are that way naturally, but it is often said that the best are those that switch. This stands to reason as they would have experiential knowledge of what is good for the sub.

I've never seen ads for male doms, but this may be because our society is extremely repressive on female sexuality.

Most people are more likely to the dom/sub roles in their relationship(s) as opposed to seeking to pay for it.

why did you give me best answer for your last question then tell me i should be arrested? anyhoo..the pays good..around 100plus an hour and you get pressies on top. i have subs i only work with over the net cos they live abroad and they give me lump sums. your right most doms are females..women would have to be mad to pay a guy to treat them like a slave...a man would happily do that for free! as for where do i learn it..it comes naturally. i did it at first for my bf cos he was into it then decided to make some money from it when i became good.

All of the above. Some i know were just naturally dominant and take advantage of that. In my mind, the best ones are those who started out submissive. They understand what the effects are of what they are doing better than if they never experienced it.
