Or are there some things that you keep to yourself? If something very private is really bothering you and you need to tell someone, who do you turn to?

I actually have 2 friends that I tell everything one is a girl and the other is a guy so I can get both prospectives on what is bothering me.
If its my husband that has annoyed me I get my guy friend and talk to him so I can try to understand where my husband is coming from from another view, an then ask my girlfriend if I was wrong.
As for my girlfriend I tell her everything that is irritating me or just random stuff she's my gurl I love her for the sake of Allah!!!

I'm pretty private.
Because I know how some women are.
You confide in them and they'll secretly judge
you.Or they'll spread it to the next gal pal.
So, I just keep stuff in.
If something is really bothering me I excersie it off
or grab a Bud Light from the fridge and dance with
the music.

ya i guess so that has happened to me so many times and i am 15 so i am only an age older.but they are like girls.they like to tell each other things even though they know they not supposed to.but there might be a guy or girl that is not going to tell.and sometimes there isnt so just hope they wont tell

I have two people who i would turn to my boyfriend who is also my best friend and there are no secrets between us. And my best friend who never judges me for my choices and actions and i am the same with her.
I don't tell my best friend everything some things like things between me and my boyfriend i keep between us but i tell her everything else

No, i don't tell my friends everything
There must be some " secrets " that kept only for me
If there is something bothering me, i don't try to " bother " somebody else with it
i turn to Allah most of time
Also i turn to myself & try to get myself busy in order NOT to think alot in the thing that bothering me

Friends can share memories, laughters, sad moments, tiny secrets mesh zatou ahameya but real secrets no no! beleive it or not, i can't even count the problems that i went through because of telling friends my secrets. the person who shares my real secrets is my aunt... she's the most wonderful person and beleive me she didn't reach that position easily either! so, for me, friends are everything except secrets (and my friends are very important to me ba3d kol da :)

/Everything?/ No way, no offense to any of them, if they happen to read this, but my friends are dumbass'. They're really immature, and I've grown up a bit. Its like "Come on guys, we've hit high school, stop acting like a bunch of 5th graders." Some of them have their mature moments, but they have a tendancy to ruin it with some immature comment.
I tell them most stuff, but not /everything/

You need to have someone you can trust. I don't hang around very many people that I can't trust to say anything too. And if I do I jsut won't tell them certain things.

i have a friends in whom i confide.
i see them as different folders, each one can keep a kind of secret different from the others.
so, each one is my confidante in a specific category, one for family secrets, one for work problems, etc.
finally, no single friend knows everything about me, but just an aspect.
this folder business comes naturally , bec the one who holds family secrets knows my family well, the other is more involved in my work ambiance.

It would depend on what it is...but yes indeed good friends are friends for life, even if you only get to speak to them once ever six months you always know they are there to care and share x
