I have a Toyota Corolla with the same sized engine/tranny. I use 5W-30. If you can't find your owner's manual, you probably can't go wrong with 5W-30.

I assume that you mean weight.....given that age I would assume that you are well over 100K miles. If you are leaking or burning any oil I would go with a 20w-50. Otherwise I would just go with 10w-30. This is engine oil as for the trans oil you should call the dealer or get a repair manual.
