Go to Windows Update http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com using Internet Explorer and you'll get the updates for Windows 2000.
Note that after you've applied the updates, reboot and go to Windows Update and check again for more updates. Install, reboot, repeat until you get no more updates. It can take several cycles if Windows hasn't been updated in a long time.
